ISO-2022-JPにエンコードする方法

こんばんは、

mb_send_mail()を使うとSubjectがUTF-8になって、
通常のISO-2022-JPにエンコードされないのは仕様なのでしょうか？

また、
ISO-2022-JPにエンコードする方法がありましたら、
教えていただけませんでしょうか、

ウチはとりあえずこれでやってます。テスト送信は成功しました。
