メールが送信できない

xreaのサーバに自分のドメインでメールを割り付けました。
受信はできるのですが、xreaサーバを使った送信ができません。
SMTPを自分の契約しているプロバイダのSMTPにすれば送信できます。
設定の何かが悪いのでしょうか？

メーラーにはOutlook2010を使っています。
アカウント設定画面で、以下のように設定しています。
受信サーバー：　サーバ番号.xrea.com
送信サーバー(SMTP)：　サーバ番号.xrea.com
メールサーバへのログオン情報
アカウント名：　独自ドメインで作ったメアド
パスワード：　xreaの管理者画面でメアド設定に決めたパスワード

　送信サーバー（SMTP）は認証が必要　　にチェック
　受信メールサーバーと同じ設定を賜与する　　にチェック

SMTP認証でなく、POP before SMTPでは送信できますか（Outlook2010だと「送信前に受信サーバにログオンする」だったかな）。

「POP before SMTP」でも送信できませんでした。

メールの設定画面の説明では、↓となっており、SMTPポートの説明は無いので、デフォルトの25ですが、25ではないのですか？　　どこかに説明がありましたっでしょうか？

いずれにしても、ポートを465にして、SSLにしたら無事に送信されました。

左側の「お知らせ」というメニューにいろいろ並んでいて、その中に「Outbound Port 25 Blocking」って項目があります。

項目名だけ見てもピンとこなかったのかもしれませんが……。

その時点では使用中のユーザに連絡があったのかもしれないですね。
